The fair is only 7 weeks away! The committee has been busy with meetings to get the ball rolling to get everything ready for the big fair day. Be sure to save the date in your diary, Saturday 2nd June 2018 2pm – 5pm.
Did you know that last year the fair fundraised over £12,000 which was split between Holyport War Memorial Hall, Alzheimers Dementia Support and Thames Valley Air Ambulance. You can read more about the celebration evening here.
This year we are supporting the Holyport War Memorial Hall along with Maidenhead and Windsor Citizens Advice and Hearing Dogs for Deaf People. We are hoping to raise even more money than we did last year and to achieve this we need your help! This is where we turn to you, our community.
We’re looking for more sponsors and raffle prizes for the grand draw. Do you know a company that would like to support our fair?
We would like to thank everyone who has donated prizes for the grand draw! We’ve had some fantastic prizes in the past including vouchers for meals, aeroplane flights, afternoon tea, concert tickets, garden centre vouchers and lots more.

The fair is a masterpiece of community getting together and we rely on the support from our wonderful volunteers. We need help with all sorts, from help with setting up on Friday, helping out on the day to donating unwanted china for one of the games.
